Many of our clients have asked us “what made you decide to start a chauffeur business?” The answer is simple: We found a a way to save our clients money and provide a more convenient service than any of our competitors. In late 2008, the situation was pretty bleak. How do you start a company with no money? We had the idea, the chutzpah, and the energy, so we started handing out postcards and lo and behold, we landed our first clients.
The simple answer is great customer service. From day one, we focused on bringing in the best drivers, with excellent safety records and excellent personalities. We knew that our service was fundamentally different from a car service, and we knew our drivers had to be the absolute best. We have a responsibility to our clients to provide them with the best driver every time, and we developed excellent recruiting, training, and controlling processes to lead our network of drivers to do exactly that. We are committed to executing our duties as chauffeurs consistently, but our mission is to look for ways to provide more value when serving you.
