Your Driver
At iDriveYourCar, We pride ourselves on our network of chauffeurs, and it is our duty to provide the best drivers. We have developed a process unique to iDriveYourCar to not only ensure each driver is verified, safe, and qualified from the beginning, but continues to perform to our standards and above your expectations consistently.
1. Recruiting –
Receiving numerous applicants allows us to be very selective. We select the chauffeurs with the most positive personalities and dependable characteristics. Each new chauffeur that is added to our network of drivers is selected above 100 applicants.
2. Certification and Screening –
Committed to client safety, iDriveYourCar verifies each chauffeur based on the industry standard certification requirements below:
- Valid Passenger endorsements on license (varies state by state)
- Clean criminal background
- Medical examination and eye exam
- Ongoing Motor Vehicle Reporting
*We utilize the License Event Notification Service (LENS) for automatic notification
3. Required Training –
We expect each driver who is added to our network to have either completed an accredited chauffeur training program or have equivalent on-the-job experience in the areas of focus listed below:
- Defensive Driving Measures
- Security Driving Techniques
- Etiquette Training
- Customer Service Theory
4. Insurance Offering –
We verify each driver carries Liability insurance coverage with a minimum of $500,000 in combined coverage.
5. iDriveYourCar Ongoing Quality Assurance –
The most valuable information above all other certification is the feedback we receive from you. We will follow up with you to assess our performance. This feedback (both constructive criticism & applause) is what helps the most us in creating a core network of refined dependable drivers.
